Nectar’s design team took a comprehensive approach to revamp the Hyoola Amazon store by creating a brand guide that encompassed updated fonts, colors, and textures for graphics. The objective was to establish a consistent brand identity and ensure the store’s design remained visually appealing and modern across multiple viewing platforms. This crucial step significantly enhanced the store’s visual appeal and brought it up to date.

Once the store’s branding was cohesive and consistent, the design and client success management teams collaborated to restructure the navigation menus and optimize the customer journey. This improvement enabled shoppers to quickly locate products, streamlining their experience and resulting in increased conversions.

To further enhance customer engagement, the teams incorporated product modules and highlighted the best-selling products in various panels and graphics throughout the store. This strategy allowed shoppers to view more products and choose from a wider variety of options, ultimately reducing their purchase decision time and boosting sales.

In the final stage, the advertising team devised and strategically implemented Amazon sponsored brand headline search ads. These ads directed traffic to the home and top-selling collection pages, effectively increasing overall store traffic and putting the store redesign to the test. This targeted advertising approach not only increased store visibility but also played a crucial role in validating the effectiveness of the redesign.

The results of the store redesign were nothing short of remarkable. Within the first month, monthly sales soared by 250%, with an increase of over $50,000. Over the course of six months, the store generated close to $300,000 in additional revenue.

The impact of the sponsored brand ads was equally impressive. In the first month alone, store traffic surged by 14,085%, leading to an astounding 81,557% increase in sales, amounting to over $34,000. Furthermore, the advertising conversion rate experienced a 31% boost in the first month and maintained an average increase of 21% over the subsequent three months following the store relaunch.
